Greek Style Beef Steak

Ingredients

85g Beef fillet (tenderloin) or any steak you prefer

25ml olive oil

10ml lemon juice

1tsp minced garlic cloves

½ tsp dried oregano

1/2 tbsp fresh thyme

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

In a bowl (plastic or glass) add together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt & pepper. Put in the steak and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.

Get a non-stick frying pan and heat it up. Add the marinated steaks and cook to your liking.

Plate the steak and enjoy.

Enjoy your steak with 85g broccoli and Cauliflower with Cheese – Trust me even if you don’t like cauliflower…this will tickle your tastebuds!
