Schmuns
This is your go to if you want to eat something delicious, simply add some peri-peri or spice you like and it adds a delicious savory note.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs separated
- 70 g cream cheese
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp psyllium seed husks
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300F, 150C.
- Do this well in advance because you do not want the egg whites to fail.
- Take a backing tray and smear with butter
- Whip the egg whites until stiff. If you turn the bowl upside down it should stick.
- In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks, psyllium husks, salt, baking powder and the cream cheese.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture. You want to keep the air in the egg whites.
- Put the mixture on the tray, each Schmun should be as big or small as you need them to be.
- Bake for 25 – 50 minutes, so they are nice and golden brown.
